I am responsible for this extensive site. NACS is the main computer department at UC Irvine. we manage the data and telephone networks as well as academic and research computing.

I recently redesigned the site incorporating templates using php includes, xhtml and extensive use of cascading style sheets.

In October 2005, I updated the site to more closely match UCI's new Web colors and design scheme.

Safe Computing at UCI

In the summer of 2005, I was assigned the task of creating a site to help non-technical users secure their computers. I researched how this type of information is presented at other universities, but could not find one that fit our needs well. My goal was to create something that was friendly and easy to use and would not intimidate the average person.

I wrote the content, designed the layout and coded the entire site.

Queen For A Day Art Show

I created this site to share information with the other artists and guests of the show. This includes photos of all the artwork and images from the opening reception.

The site has been updated for the 2007 show, both visually and for content.

Yoga Club at UCI

I belong to a staff run Yoga club at UCI. I designed the site to share information about the club with members and other interested staff who may want to participate. The site includes a public site and a private site for members.

The site also uses PHP includes for navigation and CSS for style.

Technoexpo at UCI

I co-designed this Web site working with Natalie Godfrey from UCI. She created the graphics and I created the cascading style sheets that put the rest of the design together. Eric Carter and Ray Vadnais were the programmers for the dynamic content.

UCCSC Web Site

I designed and managed this site for the 'University of California Computing Services Conference' that UCI hosted in 2003. Each year one of the UC campuses hosts this conference. We took this site beyond merely an information site to one of dynamic content for scheduling and registration for the event.

Navyslang Web Site

I created this site for a client who wanted a site to preserve the slang that he and his shipmates used as sailors in the US Navy.
